Prompt Scheduling of Appointments

For the convenience of our clients and patients, we offer an 800# - 1-800-453-0574 – that allows for prompt scheduling of appointments at a facility convenient to the patient’s home or work place. We also offer our clients the convenience of scheduling via email , via Fax 1-610-831-1122, or on-line through this website. Routine studies are scheduled within three (3) working days or less of initial patient contact; emergencies on a stat basis. Confirmation of appointments is made by return phone call or email.

 

Timely Reporting

A preliminary verbal report is available upon request by the patient’s physician. If applicable, a faxed report is available to our clients within 48 hours of the patients’ exam.

 

Centralized Billing

All billing is prepared by RIN at a pre-established set global fee, eliminating time consuming payables, administration, provider management and recruitment, and medical audits.

 

Customized Cost Savings Report

Savings Reports and Utilization Management Reports are available on an as needed basis.

 

Client In-Service Presentations

RIN provides clients with In-Service Presentations designed to increase awareness of the services provided through the RIN network of facilities. The presentations provide in-depth, up-to-date information on clinical, technical and cost-benefit issues affecting MRI, CT and other diagnostic imaging techniques.

 

Quality Assurance Program

All RIN network facilities take part in a mandatory Quality Assurance Program, including Professional/Technical Review and Professional Credentialing of all facilities in accordance with NCQA guidelines.
